So-through all the craziness of the past few months, we have some exciting/scary/fun news to report: come April 26th, we're headed to Vegas for a tradeshow! That's right, we're shooting high-and hoping that something really big comes of this venture (talk about being scared out of my mind-yup, that's me!) So, long story even longer, through the course of some pretty God-sized events, this tradeshow called the ACRE las vegas tradeshow (American Craft Retailers Expo), presented itself-I applied-and Husband and I found out tonight that we've been accepted! I definitely did a little "jig" in our living room! So, I now have 2 months to prepare all of my stuff with the hopes of finding some apt buyers!

Baby Steps...
Well, I finally did it! I took the plunge and have entered the world of retail! As of today, I am officially selling Daisy K Design at "Living Water Bookstore & Cafe" in Nampa. I have heard of alot of people who compare their entrance into the world of retail the same as the pregnancy/birthing process. Well, I can tell you this much: I have never been so nervous/excited/ready to pull my hair out/ready to dance & sing/fill in the blank/ as much as I have these past few months. But, through the craziness, I have found that God is SO GOOD! I'm hoping that He will make it very evident to me whether or not this crazy idea of mine will fly. But you'll never know unless you try, right? We'll see........You can also check out my ideas at www.daisykdesign.com. Let me know what you think!

God's Hand
I just wanted to share a praise with you guys today! Since my last post, Josh and I have seen God's hand in ways that we know are from Him and Him alone. He has slowly started to allow movement in Cornerstone's work load and we know He is giving us a little at a time for a reason. We have definitely felt a strong connection to what the Israelite's must have felt wandering in the wilderness for 40 years, only our trial has been much smaller in comparison. But, like the Israelite's we feel like the Lord has given us His "manna" each day - being His Word that has become so alive to us. I wanted to share a scripture with you that my mom gave me the other day that has so pointedly reminded me of God's goodness through trials.
"You, the God of all grace, who called me to Your eternal glory in Christ, after I have suffered a little while, will Yourself restore me and make me strong, firm and steadfast." (1 Peter 5:10)
May the Lord strengthen, restore and firm your faith in Him today! Thank you for all of your prayers - we have truly felt that they have carried us through this time.

Bubbles.....
Tub Time!
Big boy couldn't get close enough to the toys hiding in Grandpa Jerry's toy chest - so why not just climb right in???
Peanut working on his cheese! He's getting pretty good at it :)
Hey All,
Sorry it's been awhile since the last post, but things have been a little crazy around here! Last week brought forth some unexpected surprises - one of which was a visit to the "eye doctor" for the boys, in which we found out that they are both farsighted and will both need glasses! I am really curious how I am going to manage keeping glasses on 2 toddlers! Anyways, in other news - as some of you already know - Cornerstone has had a pretty tough year due to the market being so low, and we have been having a rough few months of waiting for the Lord's direction and will through this season. We have appreciated your prayers, and will continue to appreciate them as we are led on this journey.....We will keep you updated!
Happy Tuesday :)

So much snow!
Hey everyone! I couldn't resist the opportunity to photograph 2 of my favorite boys...(the 3rd was still sleeping!) Anyways, it is so nice to be back home - although the snow is quite a change from the 96 degree weather in Argentina! But we're loving being a family unit once again. I honestly think that the last time it snowed this much was when I was in 3rd grade and "snow days" actually happened! Oh, I almost forgot, Big boy wanted to share with you what it looks like when sharks go swimming in snow....Enjoy!
